Friend of a friend died

A friend of mine found out his girlfriend a Marine died of cancer. He was in the Army. She bought him a Case Peanut when his SAK was lost in Iraq. He doesn't know if he'll retire it or carry it only on special occasions.
I told him about this sight he laughed he can't believe folks read about knives let alone go online to discuss them.
 
please send my condolences to him and the family.
at least he has something to cherish and a token of friendship and love that will forever remind him of the good times they shared.

I told him he should USE it. Not put it away, or at least carry it only to church for a nice dress knife.
 
Well he's taking my advice. He'll carry it on Sundays or whenever he needs to dress up and laminated her letter to him. It's the Amber Bone handle with SS blades.
