Friends knife.

I want to start this thread off by saying; I did not pay money for this knife, nor do own one. My friend bought a knife at canadian tire under the brand "Power State" and it has a button on the but end of the knife, and its hollow, kind of like those old "Survival knives" with the fish supplies in the handle where the tang should be. anyway when you take the button cap off there is a spot for batteries to go. Does anyone have any info for my friend? Anything would be greatly appreciated!
