I was sitting in front of my plate and I realized that all my knives were out of reach . I mean I had to walk to take one
Hopefully my great friend rcs86 had sent me a beautiful Case stockman as a gift (another one ) and the parcel was just on my right . What a relief !!!!!

how did you open the package if you had no knife.

I know this doesn’t apply in this particular situation, but any time I get an Amazon package with that stringy tape they use (which I’ve found to be unnecessarily hard on knife edges), I just punch them open. Works surprisingly well.
