I posted this on the Busse forum because I hang out there but I thought I would post it here as well.
One of my buddy's at work Troy is also a hunting guide. http://www.bcguideoutfitters.com He takes off a couple times a year to take out Rich folk for Grizzly, Moose, Elk etc. Today he is leaving for six weeks for several hunts that are lined up. As we are talking two parcels shows up for me with a couple Ratmandu's that I ordered and two Spec ops sheaths for my Badgers. Troy grabs one of the Ratmandu's and sticks it in a spec ops sheath, it fits real good and determines that he is going to "test" it for me over the next six weeks. I'm like "get the hell out of here" but he insisted that he "needed" the Rat and would give it a good workout. So with him holding the knife tight and me yelling after him that he now owed me money he hightailed it for his truck. Great, there goes my Rat that I have been trying to scoop off the website for two months! I hope they put some more up.
So I'm left here at work picturing him out with his 444 Marlin and my knife on his hip. I guess I'll go drink some more Damn coffee.
On the bright side Troy will most likely come back with some awesome pics of the knife skinning out Bears, wolves and moose oh my!
I'll be sure to post em when I see them.
Here's a pic of Troy with his big Elk. The Bastard.
