I got bored yesterday and decided to make a frog for my WW2. It actually will fit most of my khuks this size.

It's veg tanned leather with goatskin lace. I freehand carved some designs and put a sun on the back for HI. The leather I used had some scars on it. I basically just wanted to see how best to construct a frog to give me some ideas for more elaborate designs.

That's really nice. I wish I had the talent/patience for something like that.

Very nice Bruce see I told you leather work gets pretty easy to more you play with it. Now stop trying to show me up, you're making an old man look bad:D

That looks good! I really like the freehand design, did you use a piece of pipe to make the circle for the sun?

With a project like this a person can adjust the belt loop so the sheath hangs at the preferred height.

I actually used the base for my rivet setter. I made the rays using the screwdriver in my SAK.

Monday after I pick up my thick leather I'll be doing a quickdraw sheath for my Balance. I'm going to try to replicate the designs on the Sword of Shiva as a border on the sheath.
