Here's one that I just finished up. This is the first one of these I've ever been asked to make and it was an interesting project.
OAL- 16 7/8" - 11 3/4" blade. canvas micarta handle with 11 stainless steel pins. Knife is 52100 forged from a piece of the 1 1/4" round bar in the picture.

Thanks for lookin,

Bill

another awesome knife this morning! Sweet knife Bill:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Very nice, Bill. I've only made a couple of khukris but they're a nice change of pace once in a while. If you still have it next month, bring it to Duncan's. I'd love to get a closer look at it.

That one just screams, SWING ME FIRST!

Aesthetically, I tend to gravitate to the fewer pins the better.
But here, the way you have those dotted combined with the shape and length of the blade; just great.

Beautiful work!
:)

Thank you everyone for the nice comments.

Ray- Frog was in my pocket. :D:D

Gary- What weekend is Duncans hammer in exactly, I haven't talked to Ron since last summer.

That is fantastic Bill!!!! I bet she cuts and chops like crazy... likely a wonderful Zombie Killer too!! :D

Thank you tonimang and Redsnake I appreciate it.

It does chop pretty good, it made short work of chopping through 2 -2x4"s and then a 4"diameter oak logs I use for testing. I wanted to try it on a zombie, but they all went into hiding when they seen me wacking the 2x4's. :D:D

Thanks again guys,

Bill
