I had read that but thanks for the post here Rob. Always good to see another persons opinion regarding INFI. Just reinforces what I already know and the need to buy MORE INFI.
Starting to fill like the kid in Oliver Twist, "Please, sir, I want some more."
 
Good read. Love the part where he says "these at not delicate sushi slicers". Lol. Good stuff! It seems like many of us knife enthusiasts want a knife that will do everything great all the time, perfect for any occasion. I see this a lot on BF where guys expect a mora to baton well or feel a big chopper has too thick of an edge to...slice sushi. :).

Also congrats to leatherman and mashed cat for the great press. You guys do great work. Hope you get some business from it.
