How long before that takes effect? I noticed there seems to be more than one way to pay for the change. I went through the "one stop knife shop" link to do this and paid for it on the 19th. Thanks.

Spark has to change it manually. I would edit the name change info and order number into the title and then keep this thread bumped so it stays on the first page and he'll get you taken care of.
 
I edited the title format. You should be good to go soon. Spark just caught up a big batch recently.
