So as you guys know from when I posted more, (I think) I am 17. I lived in Farmington New Mexico, and me and a buddy of mine who was also my roomate, decided to head to Magnolia, Texas! I have been on my own since I was 15, so im not worried about leaving anything behind. Anyway, Im definitely no Longer in the desert!xD It is humid as sh#% But the stuff to chop on with a knife is oh so plentiful:D Plenty of Fungi too, I will post pics when I get the chance! It was the longest drive of my life..(at about 20 hours) But I am very glad to be here! Got a good job and a sweet place! So now im a Texas BH!

Welcome to Texas! I love the way we're starting to get a lot more Becker representation around here.

What exactly brought you to Magnolia? There can't be more than a thousand people there, right? My wife is from Brookshire so I'm kinda familiar with the area.

Thanks Guys!! and Rk, Well... first off, its a really nice place, and its right next to Houston, so thats a plus!:D But the busi.ess we started is basically re painting wrought iron fences, and you can get Six to eight dollars a foot here, and the paint doesnt cost much, so its a pure profit business! Turns out, no one ever thought of doing it here, and everyone, I mean everyone has wrought iron fences that need repainted. And the high ckass neighborhoods dont care how much it cost if you do a good job. Imagine the profit from charging six dollars a foot, on a thousand foot fence:)

Congrats man! Moving is usually so stressful it helps if you have your ducks in a row before even setting out! For being 17* that was pretty mature of you!

*this probably all seemed a bit more backhanded compliment than it was intended to.

Sounds like you've got it going in the right direction. Hope to see more of you around here.

Mmmmm....Texas. Might move there myself when they secede.

Hahaha, Thanks guys! I appreciate it alot. I should be able to post more often now that I got everything together. And will have more knife money too:D I still just have the bk2:p it has been through quite a bit now! I am looking to pick up an 11 or a 14 if anyone has one though!

congrats on the move (tho I do love NM), time to update your BF location.
I'm hanging out in Galveston this week, and I can confirm your evaluation of the humidity.

Dudeee, I was just in Galveston! I am actually going to be up there in a beach house on the 4th with some of my friends family. (Rich people) should be pretty sweet though!

Good luck bud. I am originally from right outside Dallas and I can safely say Texas is the greatest state in this country. Once you go live there if you like it no where else will ever measure up.
