They are supposed to be "Surefire E-series compatible 2xcr123a" -
so yes bodies, but for SureFire 2x CR123 lights.

What you linked to was the Fenix-Store.com (and not FenixLight.com) so these are not actually made by Fenix.

Fenix-Store.com is the main importer/distributor and dealer for Fenix flashlights in the USA, with a really good reputation.
