I Want To Thank All Of You For You Observations, Comments And Help. I End Up With This Knife As An Accident, A Most Fortunate Accident, (e-bay Thing). After Reading Your Responses And Other Posts It Would Seem A Shame Not To Use This Knife, If It Was'nt Meant To Be Used Then Why Spend Years Perfecting A Steel And Heat Treatment? Their Value Is In Their Ability To Perform, If They Were Creative Exercises Pot Metal Would Have Done.

I Do Have A Another Question, What Is The Best Way To Sharpen This Knife? I Will Be Putting This Knife Use This Weekend, And If Sufficently Sharp, I Do Believe Its Thickness Will Not Be A Major Concern.

Finally, To The Personel Of Busse Cobmat, Well Done. Your Workmanship Is Top Notch, And Your Brand Development Should Be Include In Business School Case Studies. Thanks Again To All, For Your Help.

what edge grind is on it?
symmetrical or asymmetrical?
i find infi pretty easy to sharpen.
a snap compared to d2.

Mine are symmetrical. The old mousepad/sandpaper route works really good. I have more luck using the wet/dry paper with a bit of water. I also like the coarser grits for the micro serrations, no higher than 600.
