I'd say the 2fk or the runt
To me the 3fk would be abit long especially while sitting
My current everyday isn't a Fiddleback but it is a family knife.
It is one that I tried only after Allen suggested I give it a try. I am really fond of the Minuteman pattern and didn't think I would like the Stingray's shorter handle but I couldn't have been more wrong. I have a Bushboot, an EDK and an Esquire that I carried frequently but now when I reach for a blade to slide in my pocket the stingray is what I grab.

I would be interested in knowing what Fiddleback knife works the best in your hand and carries in a front pocket....2FK, 3FK, Runt or something else?
Thanks!

Don't overlook the Esquire. Larger than a runt and 2FK, smaller than a 3FK. A lot of blade in a little package.
Allen heat treated mine today
I've just gotta figure out what scales to put on it. It MAY make me retire my runt
I've been testing out front pocket carrying my esquire (in an RLO setup) as opposed to my usual Hinderer XM18; gotta say, while I'm giving up a bit of blade, the esquire is plenty fine! Not to mention that Rick's in-pocket design is super comfortable for this profile! PS sorry for the crappy pics!
