Frost Swedish Mora...Where to buy other than online?

Ok. I've spent entirely too much time in the last couple weeks on this site. I have probably read more about moras as a great, low cost, utility knife than anything else. I've seen them on countless websites, specifically the Frost Swedish Mora on SG. Does anyone know where I can pick one up without shopping online? I live in the St. Louis area so I would hope someone in town stocks them. I just can't get over buying a $10 knife and then paying $6 to ship it. Any help is much appreciated.

Free shipping from Ragnar? I just took a peek at the website and it said $5 minimum for any order. I know $5 isn't much, but it's half the cost of the knife itself. Maybe I'll see if there is anything else I need to help justify it.

The only brick and mortar places I know that sell Frosts Moras are SMKW in Tenn., some outdoors stores and, maybe, military surplus stores (I've seen some there in past years).

But, Ragnar is probably your best bet. I just ordered a couple from him and got them about 2 days later. I ordered two different (handle) types for comparisons. They both were great and now I'm wanting more of them.

Any of those knives are worth $15 easy.

Didnt Ragnar used to do free shipping? I ordered from him a little over a year ago, and for some reason i remember shipping being free? Either way, $5 isnt much for shipping.

Ragnar is wonderful to deal with. Moras are a good value. If you're worried about the price of the knife versus shipping, why not try out a couple different handle designs to make the 5$ shipping easier to swallow?

I got three knives from Ragnar last month. The postage came to 4.55 on the parcel that I checked when it arrived. Ragnar is fast & great to buy from.

With sales taxes and the cost of gasoline, plus factoring in one's time; $5-6.00 shipping seems a bargain to me. Not to mention that I doubt you'll find them for $10.00 at a b&m.

Think of it this way: if you order 4 Mora knives from Ragnar, it'll cost you $1.25 to ship each knife. What a deal!

I think Ragnar has a great deal going. Fantastic prices, great selection, and fast and reasonable shipping.

Maybe you can find them at Wal Mart or The Sportsmans Wearhouse.

Hell, buy 5 of them from Ragnar and don't sweat the shipping.

I ask the rhetorical question, how can anyone buy just one knife from Ragnar?

Just buy a couple of knives and the five bucks will be easier to deal with. You'll find uses for the knives, trust me on that one. Try a couple in the kitchen. Your spouse or significant-other might be quite pleased with your choice. Throw one in your backpack, your tool box, your tackle box.

Live a little!
