I initially posted this in the wrong forum, sorry for the confusion.

I was checking out Mora of Sweden's website when I peeked into their food service line. I am looking for a chef's knife and am a fan of Moras, so these would be a great combination. Does anyone have any experience with these knives or know where I might procure one?

I'm not sure if these products are offered to consumers. I believe that at least some of them are only for "proffessional use", like butchers.

Maybe you can get the "food service line", but I am pretty sure that for instance the "ergonomic grip"-line is not offered to consumers. It's a shame since these butcher knives have been developed for decades together with the butching industry and I would think that anyone would be hard pressed to find a better knife for meat cutting than these.

Well, I'm pleased with myself. I got in contact with Scandia International to try to find a retailer of the Mora kitchen knives. The rep I spoke to told me there weren't any retailers who sold the 10" chef's knives I was looking for. She did have a few specimens she could sell me. The next day, my model 4261 (Uni-Grip) was on the way, and today it finally arrived.

Since it's hard to find any hard numbers online for this knife, I figured I'd post them here.

Frosts 4261UG
Overall length: 15.375"
Blade length: 10"
Blade height: 2.375"
Blade thickness at grip: 0.135" (tapering)
Weight: ~9oz

I paid about $50 for it plus shipping from Arizona. I've already rebeveled and polished the edge, and it is now a big, bad cutting machine.

Interested parties can probably contact Scandia via their websites. I spoke to Rose-Marie. She's a super nice lady.
