They call these "net knives" - the standard Frosts-Mora cheap utility knives, with partly serrated blades, such as a fisherman might use when there's tough stuff to be cut. Or maybe something to stash here and there for emergencies or "just in case." Ye olde Sandvik 12C27, as far as I know.
The image does not do these handles justice. These are bright eye-jarring "won't get shot for a deer" orange!
You won't lose these in shallow water or in the snow. If you do lose one, you lost $14 for the 761 or $15 for the 861 with the non-slip grip.
