I own more expensive knives, but from the moment I picked up the Kershaw Chill, it was a keeper! Love the overall length, shape, ergonomics, price, manual flipper, slimness/lightness, etc.

I had Ban frosty finish and convex the edge!

Pictures don't do it just, but the factory bead blast to frosty fade looks amazing!

I usually leave at least one knife in my girlfriend's purse and it changes depending on whatever I feel like EDCing that day. I forgot my Chill in my GF's purse when she went to the airport and it got confiscated.

I've bought a replacement since I lost it and 5 more for my friends. Awesome knife for the money!

Holy cow are those pictures beautiful. I own a Chill myself and absolutely love it. Terrific value.

That convex, polished edge is very enviable. :D Hope you're enjoying it!

Great job on the Chill. Probably cost you more to redo the blade than the knife itself I would guess. None the less; it's very cool.

I miss THIS knife. Airport security confiscated it a while back, I've gotten a replacement but it doesn't have that awesome BT touch.

The Kershaw Chill is still one of my favorite knives none the less. Recently picked up a BM 940, but I still go back to EDCing my Chill a lot and it costs a fraction of the BM.

Looks really nice! I really like that gradient from mirror polish to matte. Does that polished blade just slip through everything and is a superb slicer now?

Would have to ask the TSA by the sounds of it.

Haha precisely. I put that in girlfriend's everyday carry bag since it's thin and light. She went on a trip and forgot it was in there so somebody from TSA is carrying it now...they didn't even give her the option to mail it back.

But yes, the knife was sharp! Edge geometry was perfect for the thin blade and even with the sabre grind, it sliced very well.
