This is some of last week's harvest.

From top to bottom:

Trade Axe. 17 1/4" overall, ash haft, teardrop shape. Blued head.

Little Bag Axe. 9" oa. purpleheart handle, oval shape. Blued head.

Period French Trade Knife. 11" oa. Curly maple scales. 1095 steel. Aged finish.

Frontier Hunter. 8 5/8" oa. Curly maple scales. 1095 steel. Primitive finish with hammer marks.

Early Skinner. 8 5/8" oa. Figured maple scales. 1095 steel. aged finish with file work.

I really like these a lot. The pins seem a little low on the handle to me. The purple heart is awesome.
 
I think the pins look low because of the angle and I think the fruit looks pretty ripe. Good work. I will have to do a tomahawk type head one day here

That is great work! Historical style cutlery is my favorite form. If only I could get my attempts to even slightly resemble your quality. You have a great nack.
