Mostly LNIB-. Carried a few times, stropped a few times. It was on envelope-opening duty. 
Honestly, I just couldn't get used to the assisted opening with the safety. It just kind of freaks me out -- I carry in a pocket, and having it accidentally open... *shiver*
Sadly, I don't think it can be converted to a normal flipper since the holding-closed action is performed by the opener spring. Oh, well.
