Comes with box, papers, and allen wrench. Knife is NEAR mint, but not quite. It's been carried a few times so the pocket clip has some light scratching, and there's a couple VERY light scratches near the logo on the front scale from my jeans pocket stud. It's a GREAT knife I carry my other one every day, I just have to sell one because I have 2 :D
