I've got a brand new ESEE-4 for sale (received from Knifeworks last week). This is the plain edge version with black coating, black micarta sales and black kydex sheath. It comes with all of the factory hardware including spare screws, survival card, clips, etc. The knife is completely unused with a very nice factory edge (not even tested on paper), though it has been held a bit. Also, this one doesn't have the MOLLE setup. Overall this is an extremely nice knife, just a little beefier than I was looking for.
I'm asking $90 shipped (USPS Priority mail w/ DC#, CONUS Only, Insurance is additional upon request) with Paypal, or $87 with a USPS money order. The only trade I would consider is a like new BRKT Aurora in A2 w/ Micarta or G-10 sales (I'd add cash for a fair exchange).
I can post pics upon request, but the knife is completely unblemished and exactly as received from Knifeworks.
