This is a brass handled Bali from the 80s. Got it when I was a kid. It's been sharpened once or twice and could use some attention again. Been sitting in a drawer for the past 10 years or so. Locks up solid, some play in the handle pivots when not locked. Minor corrosion on the ricasso, but would probably clean up nicely. The blade itself is free of corrosion. It's hard to see that in the photos.
