Bought this recently on eBay. Put it on my PM2 and took it off the next day.
For me it was a problematic clip -- it may be OK for you.
It comes with two LONG screws because the clip is thicker than the normal clip.
See the photos for comparison. If you attach it in the tip down position the long screws interfere with the blade opening.
I was going to toss it but maybe someone here would want to play around with it.
