New in box, absolutely mint. Hasn't cut anything, factory everything. Taken out of box, opened and closed a few times. Just not quite right for me. F&F is perfect and all the details are great on this knife. The lock is the smoothest and tightest I've felt with the exception of framelock! Anyways, you know what it is.
