I back beveled the blade with my edge pro to about 25 degrees inclusive and finished it to 600 grit. It has a 40 degree microbevel. I softened the edges of the spine where it is not covered by the handle while closed. I did this so it was easier to reach past in my pocket. The clip is tight (shows some wear) and all screws are present and not stripped. Lockup is early and strong, action is super smooth. Comes with original box dated mar 2008.
Disclosures:
The middle large scallop of the serrated portion is slightly deformed. It's not chipped and is sharp, its just a little misshapen.
There is a tiny edge damage about 1/8" from the tip. It's not bad enough that i felt the need to sharpen it out as it does not IMO affect usage.
Centering as I have it tensioned, is slightly off center to the left as you look down the blade from the tip while closed. I run it a touch looser than factory. As it is now, it does not rub so I didn't feel the need to mess with it.
