FS: Spyderco UK Penknife

I have a slightly used Spyderco UK Penknife for sale. I got this knife NIB earlier this week and I carried it a couple of days and I don't feel comfortable with a non-locking knife. The knife has been carried but not used, it has never been sharpened and never cut anything. The knife shows no signs of being carried, the blade is sharp and mark free and the G-10 is in new condition.
