Greetings, While looking at online photos of FSH models, I noticed that the Busse logo is sometimes placed just under the spine, while on other models it seems to be about 1" lower, just at the top of the flat grind. Could one of you knowledgeable Bussemen please provide a reason for this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks safetyman. I also just purchased one with the logo thusly placed and wonder if it's an HH. Will measure thickness when received to confirm one way or the other.

Yes it is. My info from BF shows a saber grind in both FSH, and the HH.

FSH or HHFSH? Have yet to mic. but looks to be slightly over 1/4", so perhaps .027 makes it the HH?

That's a HHFSH. The HHFSHs typically had the logo placed below the saber grind line. Nice one!

My best guess is that the area above the sabre line was not quite tall enough to fit the full logo so it was placed below where there was plenty of space.

So you saw, Tim? A little less than $4. Right place, right time. Like all of us, missed my share too.😄

I have hefted my friend's Heavy Heart. I was fortunately in town when it arrived. He did steal it. Tuica's Motto: Determined. Diligent. Decisive. The lucky bastard!

Thanks, my friend. The Three D's. I'm just thankful that you did not reveal my plan to posses the largest Steel Heart collection in this, or any known universe.
