FSH SE question

Does this have mag or reg handles? Is it like an FSH, HHFSH, or HOGFSH in thickness?

And looking through some of the older threads, it looks to be HOG as well.

Will anyone verify it though?? Just seems odd that I haven't seen "HOG" used with the FSH SE.
