I thought I would share this recent score... I really thought this was a unique knife with a wonderful selection of materials and attention to detail. This was one of 2 knives in a local collection that had eagles engraved by Jim Sornberger. The other did not have the depth of relief, and didn't have the detail along the back strap. This one was made in 1999 and sold at the Knifemakers Guild show in Orlando that same year. It was residing in a local collection here in Oregon. Hope you enjoy seeing it. The scales are Mammoth Ivory

I forgot to mention that Mr. Fujisaka's knives open about as buttery smooth as seems possible with no blade play. Really exceptional
