Full mailbox?

I keep getting an error message while trying to send a PM that I've exceeded my mailbox limit therefor I cannot send a message. I can't believe that is true considering I have three messages in my box. I just renewed my basic membership today too. I can't get it to work via the website or on tapatalk.

Any thoughts?

Is that three the total or just in your inbox or your sent?
