Mooncakes are just regular cakes baked in 1/6 Earth's gravity. Not very difficult to make, but the logistics can be nightmare without backing from NASA.

Indeed it does. I just have a sliver of mooncake to enjoy the flavor without ingesting too much refined carbs, as I'm a paleo kinda guy.
