Tell me what you think.

It looks very nice. I don't know if you're looking for critiques, but I have one :D

It doesn't look like you put a groove for the stitching to sit in. It is something that I look for in a sheath because I think it helps to keep the stitching from getting snagged and pulled loose.

You do good work....But I can't help but wonder if the way you stitched the belt loop to the back panel will hold up in the long haul. That's a heavy duty working knife, I'm not so your belt loop method complements it that well....I guess only time will tell...but I like your craftsmanship.

I see. How would you suggest it be stitched?

That's beautiful.
Wish my edges were that good.

Can't say about the belt loop, but listen to RB.
He knows his stuff.

I think it looks great, what type thread did you use?
Thanks

I used "natural" linen on the belt loop. I intended to use that on the whole sheath but It just didn't look clean when I tried to stitch around the edge. I think it was because it was thicker then the nylon I usually use and I didn't make the holes any bigger. I used the nylon instead.

Just a suggestion....make the belt loop out of the back side panel......I recently made one....

I fully agree with Rayban (I usually do!) It seems that you are using what looks like four stitches to the inch. I would suggest going to five or six both for appearance and the fact that it will make a tighter loop. You are to be complimented on the overall construction.-----Sandy

Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes I use fewer stitches on larger sheaths because I believe it looks nicer. It looks oddball to me for a large sheath to have small stitches. Thanks.

I am new (very new) to making sheaths but your edges look great (to me), very smooth. Good craftsmanship there.

Looks real good Jiggy. I too have a suggestion FWIW. I am finding that I very much like the look the black thread on a sheath that color. I too did most of mine with a tan braided linen. Then I got a wild hair and I did one with black. WOW, it really popped for me and yet was not garish. So that's my new thing, natural color with black thread and, if needed, peened copper.

Here is a series roughly similar to yours in tan. I don't have a picture of one in black yet. ESEE 5. I just got a Ka-Bar BK7 and it's gonna need a sheath so that'll be with black thread.
