Full tang Kurigata - whaddya think of the handles ?

This is a full tang utility piece, but I decided to challenge myself and did it in a chisel grind (hard to HT right) in O-1 with a tactical grade satin finish. The slimline profile makes it more compact than its 7.5inch OAL size suggests.

But whaddya think of the handle treatment ? So easy to do its not funny. It adds lots of texture.

I think it looks great. That handle has great texture and I love the look of the blade. This is coming from someone that doesn't like chisel grinds.
 
Looks very cool, as usual, Jason. Nice job. The handle texture reminds me of some of Bussie Combat utility type handle texture. Bet it is as grippy as it looks.
