I used to wonder what the neighbors thought about me wandering the backyard with all these different khukuris. Then I realized they wouldn't know a Kobra from an AK so they probably think I have only one big curved knife. If I do an outdoor group shot they will know better.

Nice blade profile of the kukri in that lowest picture..... what is the blade length, and what is that model of kukri called, and does it come without the accessory set as well?

It's a 22" Dui Chirra. Also known as the Berkley Special or Berk Special. You can special order it with or without tools. Kumar made this one.

I'd fancy either one like that, or a Gelbu of about the same length - it's a case of on the one hand needing to watch the pennies.... :o
:( ... but on the other hand the UK government might soon be banning* the sale of kukris in their proposed crackdown on sword-like things (originally intended to be curved Japanese type swords, but so loosely defined that it could end up meaning just about anything :jerkit:) so goodness knows where that would leave the matter of buying one in from another country.

* They may exempt martial arts weapons - what's ironic is that I (and others) happen to use kukris for what could be classed as agricultural purposes, and those who (mis)rule don't seem to have bothered to take such equally legitimate usage into consideration at all. :barf:
