Blade : Coil Spring
Bolsters : Brass
Handle: Denim Micarta with mosaic pins

This is a knife that's been kicking around for quite some time, well over a year. I'd forged it out when mom and I were going over to my grandpa's shop weekly to work. After she'd finished some of her projects I'd suggested she make a knife. So we both forged out blades. I forged this one. It was also when we'd made up our first batch of homemade micarta. This blade features some of that same batch that was used on hers. Bolsters are from some brass with pins holding them on, they didn't blend in as well as I'd hoped, but they're not too noticeable. It was also my first fulltang knife to forge out. So I'm planning on keeping this one myself for that reason, being the first fulltang and first micarta.
Had it all glued together just waiting for me to finish the handle shaping, so when I did the other knife I finished out this one the same day.

That's a handy-looking design. I find I quite like the look of the denim micarta.

it's got that deco look that I really like. Nice combination of angles and curves.
