So I just registered last night had a decent paycheck and a layaway plan and could not pass up this knife that is on my hit list https://www.arizonacustomknives.com/mcmillan-f-1-by-james-behring-149423.aspx. This at the end of the month will be ordered as well http://blackheartknives.com/products/juggernaut I went with the black G10 handle and the Burnt Bronze Cerakote. If anyone on here could recommend a custom sheath maker in Canada or one in the U.S. that doesn't require me to ship the knife to them as shipping to and from the U.S. is quite expensive. I'd like something more survival like with options to add a fire steel holder, a pouch for a multi-tool or Sucrets sized container, or even a nice small high end flashlight. I'm a big guy so a dangling belt loop is what I'd like.I was checking out Sagewood Gear but they don't do custom orders anymore. I'd prefer all leather but would take a modification of the Kydex sheath they come with or even a nylon material. I'd also like to say Thank you and I appreciate the information and the time that other Senior members make as I am brand new and I know it has got to be tough sometimes when Newbies like myself don't use the proper verbiage when talking about what they want or when maybe they put the wrong post in the wrong section causing your post to bumped down or to the next page causing it not to be viewed correctly. Or the questions we have that may be so redundant that its painful to read once again. But the time you take to show someone new like myself and others may allow us newbies to one day be veterans like yourselves and come to love and appreciate the hobby as much do.

Welcome! I've been around - off and on as life permits. You've found a great place here. You can check a specific sub forum for whatever you may be interested in, such as sheaths. I suggest that you read the "getting started" posts as they lay the ground rules. Also, you can use the search feature in the upper right side to see if a question you might have has already been addressed.

One of the best sheath makers on the planet IMHO is in Victoria, BC -- Stuart Branson. Catch is, his custom knife making career has taken off and I don't know if he still does sheath work other than for his own blades--but you could ask. His website:

Thanks Will York and Kenash I found S. branson last night going threw the sheathmaker forums last night he does do some amazing work. I was reading a post on how his knife career is so short but he is producing very high quality knives. I found basically what I want in a sheath http://www.ramoscustoms.com/custom-sheaths.php#!/~/product/category=3558719&id=32836049 . Ramos seems to have the look material and the accessories for the sheath I want but is in the U.S. . I will message Mr. Branson as my knives come in see if he does survival sheaths his website has a lot of amazing intricate details on his sheaths I especially like the maple leafs he has on one of his sheath you can see the veins of the leaf, just id be scared of putting a scrape on one of these sheaths when I'm outdoors there beautiful works of art.
