Hi. My Competition Finish Bushwhacker (CF BWM) features a convex blade as well.

I think all the competition finished ones from Blade had it, SARSquatch, Jack Hammer, & SJTAC ?

What is a full convex grind as opposed to a full-height convex grind? Is the former when the knife has been ground kind of like a lens so that the full thickness of the knife isn't measured at the spine? And the latter is where the spine is the full thickness and the cross-section resembles half a lens?

I don't know that there is a difference Gary. Maybe just different people trying to say the same thing.

Full convex grind in Busse land usually mean that the main grinds are convex from the spine to the edge bevel. This could have a secondary edge bevel that is still convex but doesn't follow the main grind geometry. The Full convex to zero edge is usually referring to some of the LE models that come with a convex main grind that blends seamlessly all the way to the cutting edge.
