Here are some little ones. First is mammoth ivory, my Damascus and nickel silver on stand of a geode. Second is my Damascus blade and guard with stag on Geode stand. Fun for the desk. Hope you like them.

Beautiful knives and a wonderfully unique display! Very nice!

A lot of folks don't seem to like miniatures...but I think they are cool.

Those are BOTH exceptionally nice and well proportioned. I especially like the one in the second picture.

I'm always impressed when a maker can get a miniature to proportionately look like a full sized knife. You did an excellent job of that. Very nice.

Thanks, the challenge is to keep them proportionately correct. Had to forge the guard on both knives to get the correct thickness and looked at about 30 stag tips to find one with texture. Then Burning my fingers as steel heats up when grinding the blades and guards. These are actually harder to make than big knives. Yet when they are priced I hear sometimes "160.00 BUCKS" THAT MUCH? (not trying to sell these here as these are sold anyway) Some folks just dont understand the time involved in making these. But I really make them for the challenge.

That's some really great work, man! I agree you really nailed the proportions.

:D That's why when it comes to minis, I think of naturally textured stag as even more of a premium material over ivory.

I know four makers who absolutely hate/hated to make miniatures and every one of them said that they took just as long, or more, than the full sized. These are/were all top tier makers, incidentally, so I know from where you speak, Dan!

I think pricing has always entered into the equation, as most think they should be priced lowered than full-sized, not having any notion that it should be the other way around.

These are quite amazing.
If you look at a photo and can't tell it's a miniature, then the maker has done well.
