These are not going to become a standard configuration. Mark made a high thin hollow grind, taken to tangent like a straight razor. They made a satisfying ringing sound when I sharpened them. These grinds took a full ounce out of the blade. They're weightless and slicey. I wouldn't open up a brick wall with one of these but you could open up a person with little effort.
These are just so goddamn wicked
6" single edge blade, Delta 3V, HRC 61, 3/16" stock, titanium screws
These don't fit a standard sheath and I'm not going to sheath them and scratch them up, I'll let you do that. And I figure whoever gets these won't sheath them, they'll just carry them around in their hand. All the time. So these don't include a sheath and I've deducted the cost of a sheath. Due to limited availability please limit one per post. First come, first serve.
$547 (includes shipping) in your choice of wood (Arizona Desert Ironwood, or the same kind of stabilized double dyed buckeye burl from Nicholas that I used in Jo's dagger.)
$522 (includes shipping) streaky freaky edge grain antique micarta (almost certainly Westinghouse but salvaged from a machined component without material certs)
These are sharp and ready to ship.
