G'day Russ,

Actually the chopper hasn't had its maiden voyage yet.The blades are being balanced this weekend and then the servers adjusted and then she is up,up and hopefully back down again.
The EH-101 shell was completely hand built by my father. You cant get a scale model EH-101,well not an RC one anyway,so he made his own moulds and built his own fiberglass fuselage. He designed and hand built all the landing gear, windows, doors and did all the painting. The only bought parts were the servo's,blades and motor. It has been a marathon effort,he has a couple of years invested in it at the moment.
He has also been approached by microsoft who wanted photos taken for 3D rendering and soon the EH-101 will make its debut on a flight simulator.
Here are a few more shots of this beast, its hard to appreciate the size of this thing,it really is huge.
