I'm gonna break the spirit and say im not realy into them.
Its a nice try definitely, however i find the logo's a bit to complicated to match the companies attitude.

who's randell? i actually like the logo that's on the knife. it's weird since if i look at the logo only i don't like it but when it's on the knife i really like it!

p.s. use/learn to use illustrator. that way if you come up with a logo that lots of people really like you can scale it up unlimited times with no ill effects. good stuff bro.
