This one is spoken for but I have a 240 Gyuto coming up soon with Exhibition Grade Arizona Ironwood and 52100 steel. ...more on that later!

Canvas Micarta Pins, if I recall correctly I ordered them from Mcmaster - Carr... tough to find and super pricey from the knife suppliers. I really like them a lot, excellent glue-up and look great. Thanks!!!

These pics are not very good but check it out! I'm really happy with the outcome. It's sold but I have a Gyuto coming up with some special Ironwood I have been saving, it is a double plungeless grind and has nice thin geometry.
