:D Here's a Funayuki in progress!

This one is spoken for but I have a 240 Gyuto coming up soon with Exhibition Grade Arizona Ironwood and 52100 steel. ...more on that later!


52100 & Ironwood - I'm really liking this Arizona Desert Ironwood! :cool:

Noooice! Are those Micarta / G10 pins I see in that pic? Are you making your own pins or buying them?

Canvas Micarta Pins, if I recall correctly I ordered them from Mcmaster - Carr... tough to find and super pricey from the knife suppliers. I really like them a lot, excellent glue-up and look great. Thanks!!!

These pics are not very good but check it out! I'm really happy with the outcome. It's sold but I have a Gyuto coming up with some special Ironwood I have been saving, it is a double plungeless grind and has nice thin geometry.













 
Soooo nice. It's on my wish list... until you put me on your waiting list ;-)
