My 5.3sun Carter HD funayuki arrived this afternoon. Yet another example of Murray's superb knife-making skills!
The blade shape is very different from my nakiri, which seems more suited to chopping vegetables, as well as rocking-type motions which would be excellent for cutting up herbs and such.
I will be very interested to experience the differences between the two.
Meanwhile, I would like some suggestions in terms of uses, please!
