funny little Camillus knife

It's just over an inch and a half long, all folded up. The cracked ice handle is in a long U shape and it, in turn, is held in a U shaped piece of steel. Once this has been unfolded, the blade is brought out, and presto.... it's locked into place by the U shaped handle and peice of steel. Has a key chain on it as well... Oh, and a red camillus painted on the side. My question? Was it a give-away? How old?
