  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I'm guessing that I'm like most people here in the CRK forum in that I like to "window shop" at online CRK dealers just to see what's out there and look at the different Unique Graphics that are floating around the web. I was browsing around tonight and saw a nice damascus ug small seb and clicked on it and noticed someone had a review posted of it. Here is the gentleman's thoughts on the knife...

Good not great
I use all of my sebenzas to baton wood. A knife is a tool and not a piece of art! I was prying open a steel can and the tip of damascus steel broke off. Not too big of a deal... still had enough blade length to baton. Still... the S30v blades normally just bend and i can fix that with pliers. It's just not something i would buy again as it lasted only 1 hour and most of my sebenzas have lasted 4 or more hours of my testing.

Gave me a good chuckle.

Wow. "Damascus CRK prying open steel can" shouldn't be in one sentence! :O Or any fine blade for that matter.

hahah wow that is rediculous...im pretty sure most knives esp almost all folders cant handle that kinda stuff.

A damascus can opener? Really?

...must find website now. this deserves comment....

edit - found it and left comment. Good fun in the morning.
