Funny surprises in the box

I just purchased a Beavercraft large sloyd knife. I unboxed it and found it to be very sharp. Then I noticed a little something sliding around inside, turns out it was two bandages . I thought that was hilarious. The makers be like, "you're going to need these"

Have you found things included with the knife that gave you a chuckle?

I have found that sellers on sales platforms that allow feedback comments often include some extra goodie ranging from gummy bears candy to ferro rods or a basic folder.

Go figure, eh????

I bought this Giantmouse Ace Grand exclusive and the dealer threw in a bandaid dispenser. I thought that was cool and funny. A few knives in the past came with a bandaid but I cant remember.

Newgraham used to do this - it was a magnetic bandaid dispenser, mine lived on my fridge for a long time. Good advertising.

Oh yea I forgot, a sticker in the box is always a nice thing for the garage beer fridge.

Some give candy for my kids, always a plus

I was referring to the boxes emptiness but sure I did that for a time, you can never have too many, but then again...

One time I bought something from ebay it came with a picture and write up about the seller. Its a little foggy, but he had a hamburger motorcycle and was a minor celebrity. He also included a penny with a cross stamped out of it.

After a web search I think it was Hamburger Harry on his Hamburger Harley.

Another time something I ordered from Hawaii came with a nice letter. Turns out the guy grew up in my town. Small world. It was funny to hear about all the things he missed about the neighborhood.

That is super cool! I guess it is best to always be your best self, because sometimes the past catches up with the present.
