Curt's real love is the creation of fine art daggers, but he also fills a number of requests for high-end fighters each year. Here's just

a sampling from a couple of years ago. Hope you enjoy.

Best,

Bob Betzner

NOTE: Though not branded, the image of the amber stag fighter was taken by and credit goes to SharpbyCoop.com - thanks, Coop!

Fantastic knives, only high-lighted even more so to such a high degree in quality by the engraving..wow!

Beauties all, but man, that last piece particuarly floats my boat. Love the shape of the guard and the dropped edge.

WOW! How do u even make sheaths like that?!?

I saw Steve Rapp make a full metal sheath about year ago and the process and results were impressive to say the least.

Here's another take on the third:

This Amber-Stag Fighter does seem familiar from somewhere, Bob... :) :)

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

Here is the more recent view of the amber stag fighter, from the rear cover flap

of "The World of Art Knives" by, well, who else but Dr David Darom.

Thanks, David!

Best,

Bob

Thanks for some beautiful pictures.

They're all beautiful, but I think I'm partial to the amber stag fighter, the profile is dead on.

Each one has attributes that excel. Hard to pick a favorite, so I will just enjoy ALL three!.

Thanks for the wakeup post. :D

Bruce - I kick myself all the time for not getting the third one, too. I came to realize a very long time ago that I couldn't have every knife that I wanted. I had the opportunity to get that third one and passed it up - my pockets were empty !

Eli - the amber stag is one of my real favorites. It'll never get too old to look at (though I myself am already there).

Best,

Bob
