Fusion Salute?

Hello SOG folks!

I was always a fan of simple, working, well-designed knives that didn't have to cost a chunk of your money. I'm really finding it hard to believe no one has noticed this one yet. When I found out about this model last year, I was actually interested as it had the features I liked for an an EDC -

- A lockback
- An exposed metal butt (for SD or utility)
- Functional-looking ergos
- Just the right blade length for me (slightly longer than 3.5" but not the same length as a Spydie Endura for example)
- The adjustable thumb opener was a stroke of brilliance!
- Awesome price point

Also, in the video, the poster said that the there was a slight "bite" caused by the exposed metal part of handle. Any user's impressions?

I have messed around with the knife and I really like it. Yes I am a little biased but it is a really good functioning knife for the money. Every time I pick it up I am happy with it.
