There is on the BM forum, but has not seen much action.
occasionally the "information and announcement" gives us a little heads up.
But it's usually a few members that bring the news to us.

I know the GC Valet went on sale by dealers 2 weeks before it ever showed up on BM's main website. Best source for LE and GC knives is going to be the knife community at large.
