Go with the ZT 0350... I got one on ebay for about 100 bucks. It meets all your requirements and is built like a damn tank. Absolutely love this blade.
 
If you are patient, a Caly 3.5 in VG10 or even a PM2 in S30v can be had from the exchange for under $100. Actually, they are within a couple of bucks over $100 brand new if you shop around. There are other options as well but if you are on a budget you might as well do it right and I suggest one of these two.

The DLC coating seems to be extremely resilient. I have been using my pm2 everyday pretty hard for the last month and there is nary a blemish. By all accounts, spydercos coating is hard to beat.

Look for a nice used knife on the exchange most are like new.
There will be a whole bunch of options. Also in the trade forum it doesn't hurt to make a cash offer if you see something you like ..
 
+1 for the Zulu and the Superleaf! Quite a few places have been closing them out and I've seen both for sub $100.
