I was just wondering if the new g-10 handles are as slippery as the Stainless Steel Handles on the Police model or others Spyderco knives. I handled my brother police model with the SS handles and found them to be very slippery compared to the Zytel handles on my endura. Any input will help in my choice of new knife to buy.

G 10 is lighter in weight; its texture provides a more secure grip; won' t freeze against ones bare skin in freezing climate; is more chemical resistant; and is non conductive. And if coupled with a steel liner such as the Military, Starmate, Wegner, Standard, Harpy, Civilian, etc. they are just as stiff as a steel handle. But the Police is sans the steel liner I believe. Too bad. Go with the Military.
